After the Lakers secured their victory at NBA Finals on 11th of October, Rihanna
took to Instagram to celebrate their victory and she sent a huge love to LeBron
James & Kobe Bryant in her post.
Rihanna couldn’t be happier that the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Miami Heat in
game 6 and won the NBA 2020 Championship. Rihanna attired herself out in the
Lakers gear for the game and after that she posted a video on her Instagram to
celebrate their victory. In Rihanna’s video, she’s dancing and singing the song
“We Are The Champions” by Queen.
“If you ain’t on this time right now…bye,” she captioned the video, which also
featured Laker’s decorations. “LeBron [James] remains king. Lakers are the
champs. And Kobe [Bryant] is proud. A.D. thank you! #Congratulations.” Kobe, a
well-known Lakers legend and his daughter Gianna Bryant who was 13 years old,
was killed in a helicopter crash earlier this ago. The Lakers team has been vocal
about to win this championship for them.
After 2010, this was the first time they won an NBA Championship when Kobe was
still on the team. Vanessa Bryant the wife of late Star was keeping her tabs on the
game from home and after their victory, she sent a team a congratulatory
message. Also, she posted on Instagram “Congratulations @Lakers,” “Kobe was
right, RP! ‘Stay the course, block out the noise.’ Wish Kobe and Gigi were here to
see this.”
